NCO appears to be a division of Capital One.  If you have a Capital One account that you're late on that is likely what they're calling about.

I got a call from this number and they never left a message. The number is from NC O Group Inc. My husband and I have no debts and owe no one any money. Who the hell is this and why do they keep calling? I have a feeling that 215-441-2100 is going to be a nusence.

I keep getting calls from this number also, my husband and I are free of debt. My friend dealt with them before and she agreed to pay a debt of 7 years old, I told her a debt that old should have been charged off by the credit card company, but she's still paying on it.

I think these types of companies are working with client(credit card)companies that are desperate for income. Why can't we stop these calls if our phone are one the "Do Not Call" registry?
