Just got ANOTHER call from them. After reading everyone's comments I decided to answer the phone and tell them to take me off their call list. The man on the other end of the phone started screaming "F**K YOU" over and over again. I am going to research more and see what else I can do - no way is some stupid telemarketer/spam call going to call my number over and over again and then swear at me. Just be warned.
The people who call from this phone number claim that I was getting a government grant.it's a scam they want your banking information.then they have you call another phone number and you have to pay money to get the fake grant.....if you get a call from these people you take down as much information as you can then you can file a report with the FBI.
I just received a call from this number informing me I was chosen for this government grant that I could receive it in 3 different ways. (Money gram, credit card or bank deposit)
NOTHING IS FREE
I requested they call me on Monday that I needed time to speak to my accountant and lawyers. They agreed to call back.
Be careful.. The caller from this number is part of a Scam.... I placed the person on hold while I tried calling the number that shows up on my caller ID, you get a message the number has been disconnected. I then place the caller off hold and informed them I was recording our conversation and putting a trace on the number he called from and they quickly hung up..
