Who called from 2154644500

Have gotten 2 calls now and all they say is hello, then a short pause, then they say goodbye. the first time was a female voice. the next time it was a man voice. who is this? it is annoying.

they do it to me too.  someone on a different site said it is tate and kirklin, a debt collector.  I just have them in as do not answer now.

Apparently they are very nasty people, and they try to get you to pay fees you do not owe on bills you aren't overdue on.  They also call from 1-866-520-3776, and leave a message from "Terry Glass"

I've never heard of these people, I'm completely debt free, and owe no one nothing, so what do they want with me?
