This is a scammer that just calls numbers. It rang 3 times. I picked it up. No answer and then a robotic response that was not comprehendible before it hung up. I called the number back and it rang 6 times. It then gave me the phone number and the mailbox was full. This is what led me to believe this is a scammer that just keeps calling numbers to bother people.
