It's a scam, don't answer. I just had "Jennifer" give me a call stating she needed insurance claims information because a person named "Beatrice Sneed" got into a car accident in a vehicle listed under our company's rental account. Never heard of Beatrice Sneed before and we didn't even have our rental account established on the date she claims the accident took place. She had called the rental company trying to get insurance information when they told her that it was rented with us and that's when she gave me a call. I was concerned someone was trying to use our account, though I didn't recall seeing any false charges, so I called the rental office. I confirmed with them that they don't have any record of Beatrice Sneed either and that the vehicle in question has never been in any sort of accident or had any work done on it. Scams are getting more complicated now.
