Who called from 2154863045

Might be a debt collector.  They seem to originate from Levittown and use their cell phone to trick you into answering.  The area code is local but I don't recognize the next three digits so didnt answer.

Just called, didn't answer. Left a message though. Said they were from the national right for life asking me to vote for pro life delegates.

This number has called our home frequently,  and it comes up on caller ID  as Jay Necey.    We do not know anyone with this name, nor do we know anyone in Levittown, PA!!     this person does not leave a message,   and we do not answer the calls.   Who on earth is this moron calling all hours of the day and night?????
