Scammers 'collecting' for firefighters.

My phone does not allow unwanted callers.But I can see their phone nbr and deete from my system.Too many
unwanted calls also from NYState Police Chiefs.

Keeps calling. I do not answer....ugh!

I'm getting 2 calls a day from that number and another one: 252-392-0138. My voice mail says I'm not buying anything and to not  call again. Too stupid, I guess
