I didn't enter any contests either, but I received the same text from 215-490-8014 just now. It says:
"Congratulations, Your entry into our contest last month made you a WINNER! Goto www.apple.com.textwon.com to claim your prize! You have 24 hours to claim"
I haven't clicked the link, and I won't. You shouldn't either. The url is not Apple's website, and further, Apple doesn't hold contests. This is likely a fraudulent method for collecting information from your phone or about your phone number.

I just got this text as well from 1-215-490-8014. Funny because I did call Apple last month about my iPhone. I shouldn't have but I did type in the website but of course it is bogus. Should I be concerned?
received sms from number 2154908014 that I'd won a product from a contest I entered last mth. First of all I work for att, I know better than to enter online contests. and I definitely don't enter my phone number on any online sites..expecept for job applications.. Just a total scam to get data usage charges to your line..or to tap your data.
sms back stop and that you've been reported.. may help This number is a mobile phone and I know how to find out what company owns the number. The number belongs to the Philidelphia area.
