Stop worrying...just use an answering machine and pick up only when you want to answer friends or family.......then set your CELL phone ringer to a different TUNE from those not on your normal calling list.  The number if shown allows you to check the phone number on the internet, call them back if you want ....stops them in their tracks...works for us
