REASONS FOR SELLING.
i have gain admission in St Mary Convent in Quebec, Canada and presently i am living in the convent in Canada. so here we are not allowed to use car that does not belong to the mission and i also want to buy some provisions in the convent and that is why i need to sell the car at $1700 so that i sell it fast.
the car is here 1135 N 3Rd Street, Philadelphia. before leaving i had no one to keep the car with so i had to keep it in a ware house while i try to sell it. I can give an authorization for you to there and pay but if you are not chanced, i can still have the car delivered over to you.
since you are far here is how you are going to get the car. you will make a deposit of $1000 to the shipping agency so that they deliver the car to you. Once delivered, you have a 5 day period to check on it and if you decide to have it then you make the full payments still to the delivery agency and only then they send the money over as you are going to be using their escrow service to make the deposit. This deposit is a a guarantee that you are serious and will not have the agency deliver the car and waste time. Most important, i you do not like the car once you have test driven it, you get in contact with the delivery agency and they will give back your full deposit of $1000. i think that is fair enough for both of us. so we are going to be using their escrow service so that you and i are safe during the transaction.
