Who called from 2155471869

Received a call left no message. When I called back,  a recording said the number was not in service!

harrassing phone calls from this #215 547 1869, they should put these people in jail for calling people who have no interest in their calls.

They call and never leave a message. Then when they call and I'm home and answer they don't say anything. I can hear voices in the background but they never say anything.

Cheery female voice with an Asian accent wanted to talk with me about my computer. When she asked if it was, "OK?" I told her "no."  Call came on Saturday morning at 07:28 hours on 10/3/15
