Called my office--did not identify themselves--and asked for C________, the president of the company. When I said he was out, they just hung up. So professional!
That is EXACTLY what they have done to us. They asked for my boss and I told them that he was in a meeting then he hung up without saying anything! Our receptionist tried to call it back but we weren't able to get anyone on the phone. We did find out that it was a call from Magic Jack. We then went online to find a phone number to call in order to speak with someone to tell them how rude they were and to not call here anymore but there wasn't a number listed. She then started an internet chat with a so called "supervisor" and told them to put us on their do not call list. She also informed this person on how inconsiderate and rude their sales representative was. Lets see if they call again because this has happened numerous times with these people.
