Who called from 2155546722

They call every few days and don't leave any message.

Just got a call from this number.  I picked it up on the 2nd ring and there was complete silence on the line.

Asked for "Jacquelyn".  Nobody here by that name.  "Did I call <my number>?" "Yes" "Maybe you can help me then.  I'm with SHA, 'Security Health Advisor' <or something like that>, to whom am I speaking?" "I don't feel the need to tell you that." "..Well, thanks for your time then."

Previously had called numerous times without leaving a message.

Same here, keeps calling and don't leave message.

I got a call from same number but didnt pick up. The caller ID showed SHA. All these marketing calls are starting to come inbound since my recent(1.5 month ago) switch to Vonage. Not sure if that switch has something to do with it and if people who are getting calls from this number in same boat as me.

Also getting a lots of calls from PECO Energy about unpaid bills when I dont even have PECO as my energy provider...funny...
