I've been receiving phone calls from this number for the past week. They have called every day around noon.
They are related to Comcast and are a "teleresponse center". When I answered today, there was a barely-intelligible woman on the other end who had difficulty pronouncing words and sounded as though she were in a crowded room.
About two weeks ago I had filed multiple complaints with Comcast regarding my services, I believe she said it was a follow-up.
I told Comcast I was not interested and not to call anymore six times two weeks ago. I have had this number blocked ever since and yet they continue to call eight or more times a day. I will give them one more week to stop at which time, if they don't, I will have them permanently disconnect the triple play service - they can go find someone else to rape with their $280.00 month bill. Most of our neighbors have satellite which in our area has better up time, equal to or better than programming, newer updated equipment, better HD picture quality and sound, faster technical problems response time with better trained technicians and at half the cost for the same products. BTW - our Comcast phone number is "unlisted" and "private" which cost an extra $5.00 per month yet Comcast hands the number out to any company that they can make a buck on.
