Caller Id for my call said directory assistance. Another below said the call was from a "fire agency" Still another said there call was from a chimney inspector. LOL
A woman with a sort of an European/Asian accent asked for my wife and then for me, probably trying to get w "yes" answer from me. She said they represented a national Fire agency (but hesitant when disclosing information) .blovking I said my wife was not there and they just said they would call back again.
Definitely some sort of scam. I am blocking the number
Where do I start. Picked up phone and approx. 6 different scummers were all talking. Finally a single scummer got on the line and called me by name. Scummer offered a free chimney flue inspection . As I was telling them I was not interested, they cut me off and another scummer came on the line and asked if I voted the last election and asked if they could call me every month to poll me on different topics. I feel lucky, one call and I got a full bag of a-holes.
