Or you wen through PHFA because you need some type of housing counseling or assistance with your credit. Most of the services they have are free of charge, and if you do have something it is up front, and no more than 150 bucks.
this number is a scam all becareful they use the scam they could help you with your credit and in the end you owe the 250.00 per 1000 they save you and you must pay up front

I have received a few calls from them now. It started on August 1, 2009 at 9:01am. 215-563-5665. They call first thing in the morning & again at night before they are legally not allowed to call. I tried blocking my number and calling them back, I got a recording that the number I dialed has been disconnected. Obviously not, they called again. This time, no blocking my number I call back and get a recording aboutfiling bankruptcy. They are out of PA. My morgtage is current, you legally have to be 3 months behind before they can foreclose. This is harrassment. I am even on the supposed "do not call list" so much for that.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley is a non-profit agency who has been in business since 1966. We do not charge for any of our services and do not solicit clients. Clients contact us for services. We do contact clients to provide them with free Housing Counseling. There is once again no charge for this service. What I would like to know is how did these prick's get my number in the first place! My phone is a cell phone and these idiot's, and others, call all day long... So, is my psp (phone service provider) selling my number to God knows who for a profit, or what??!
I've gotten call's from some organization saying that they are and/or are working on behalf of the (federal) Dept. of Education. I'm not a "Tea-tard" so, I'm not out to spread a mongering message about the evil's of the federal gov't but, this is all VERY annoying!! I put my number on the, supposed, "DO NOT CALL" list and all of these idiot's continue to call; this "215-563-5665" sounds very similar...
