It was a test call from Campus emergency alert system.

Got a call from this number and voicemail was left that was automated that gave another phone number to call back and enter a pin to retrieve a message. Has to be bogus!

I got a call from them too. Called the number back on a different phone just in case. There was no message. I think it is bogus too.

This was a call from the University of Pennsylvania.
It is their Public Safety Number.

Someone, probably a student, listed you as an emergency contact.

The call to my phone was legit....it was a test of the campus emergency alert system (and specifically the numbers of persons given by students as their emergency contacts) by the public safety people at the University of Pennsylvania.
