could be U Penn... I had a call tonight at 8:26 PM. I didn't pick up and no message was left. I'm a graduate of UPenn and the do call to solicit for donations...however, this was on my cell phone and I can't explain how they got that number.
I am also a UPenn grad and this number keeps calling me late evenings about once every two weeks. No voice message. whenever i call back, it says the number is "not in service". beats me ...
