215-583-2024  Caller I.D. said, "Discount 4 U -".  They leave no message.

Calls me multiple times a day and doesn't say a word.

Called didn't say a single word.

Left message that was cut off.  Said they were "time high" from Florida; a damage assessment project.  None of this makes sense to me.  Number seems to be spoofed since they used my local area code, not ones from Florida. When I tried calling back at midnight operator recording said call could not be completed at this time. And to try later.
