Hang up

This number started calling my cell phone number today. I don't know why. Please stop them from calling me. Thank You

I received a call from this number on my cell phone @ 3:45pm on Mar 1, 2012.
When I called the number back, a computer started to read out my cell phone number.
I hung up before it could finish.
When I called from my blocked & unlisted home phone, the computer stated:
"This line is for WCA Subscriber Services. Your number is not in our database..."
