the idiots call & say either  babble in whatever 3rd world whatever it is or they start talking about "my account"      THERE IS NO MY ACCOUNT!  I am debt free & pay all by cash so they are liars from the start  when I ask for the name they hang up & call hang up and call until I take the phone off the hook  -  I will ask them to stop by next time - that will be the last time I am SURE!
