This is from a Collection Agency called URS and the most obnoxious collection agency yet. They will skip trace everyone and anyone known to you in order to get a good contact number. Also guilty of violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Laws. They are known to collect on behalf of charged off credit card debt. The reason no message is left is because this is their auto dialer calling that is set up to hang up automatically if the call is picked up by an answering machine. They will continue to call at least different times during the day and possibly more. The three most common reasons a collection agency will call: you have been identified as the debtor of a charged off account, a co-signer to a charged off debt, or a friend or relative of an individual who has a charged off debt and they are snooping around for good contact information which you are not obligated to divulge.
