Who called from 2156131219

I received a call from this number.  As I did not recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail.   The man asked for me by name but when he left HIS information, he mumbled so badly that neither my wife nor myself could understand him.  If someone calls me but intentionally alters/disguises their voice in a manner, I don't know what they want and I refuse to play their little games.

Got the same kind of call ...... Ask to verify last four of SS#,......  Not my number.  Bogus caller?

Me too.. Called an old number of  mine and our party told him I no longer live there.
Must be sales related.

Recieved a call from this number. The guys was invasive, evasive, and rude. I did not appreciate the call.
