Got this on my cell today. They left a message on voice mail asking for rosa martinez about some debt collection. "if you are not her please hang up, by listening to this message you are confirming you are rosa martinez...blah blah blah."  I think its a fishing call of some sort as I have had my cell number for over 20 years and my last name sure as hell isn't martinez.
