Called my Cell Phone today @ 2:21pm, Caller ID indicated "Unknown". I don't give my Cell# to anyone but family & close friends. Left no VMail, if this were a legitimate call they would have left a message. White Pages has this number flagged as a Telemarketer, Level 3 Communications VoIP, with a Medium Spam Level. Number added to Block List.
Rec'd robocall from this number. Josh from "Customer Service." He asked me if I could hear him OK, and when I said nothing, he responded "Good, good!" I hung up.
Rec'd call just now from this number, 215-618-2393 "PHILADELPHIA, PA" is what my caller id says. At first it was an automated person asking me to answer 3 survey questions and receive a free 2 person cruise! I answered the three questions and was immediately connected with a live person who was in a very loud call center environment. Long story short and time I cant get back...ugh.....they are offering free cruise for two with meals included from Palm Beach FL to the Bahamas and back. Your transportation to and from FL was your own responsibility BUT hers the ISSUE-I knew it was too good to be true-----you MUST PAY A "GOV PORT TAX" upfront today in order to receive the offer. I said no a 10000 times and kept trying to sell it to me every which way they could. They even transferred me to "2" higher then higher up" managers to try and convince me to just give them my Visa or MC cc#, and repeatably said NO-NO-NO-theres too much fraud out there and since you sought me out through computer no less I do not believe in paying for anything upfront NOR giving out my cc numbers for anything to someone "who calls me" that I didn't seek out in the first place. They would not take no for an answer, I had to end the call-Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
