215-622-2117 is a Robocall and one of several used to annoy you about God only knows what. I do not answer "Unavailable" calls, so I do not know what their spiel is today. They also use 215-622-2113 + 2114 + 2118 + 2174. You can block each one if you want, but they will only call you on another number next time and you will soon reach the limit of blocked calls allotted to you. There is no way for you to tell if these various numbers are spoofed or not, only they they are constantly changed and that they call nearly every day. They are persistent. You must be resolute.
I usually get annoyed when someone comments that they didn't answer and no message was left. So this is the only time I will leave such a response. I received a call about 130 today and I said hello just three times and got no response
