Who called from 2156479786

Told them to get lost.

I hung up on them.

I called the number back and it has to do with Academic Degrees?  They got my name because someone evidently (as part of some fraud thing) used my name and clicked on a box saying I wanted more information about getting a degree.  I know this to be the case because I have received calls from other companies about the same thing.  I told them I wasn't interested and now I am off the list.

I received 2 calls from this number in 2 days. It always goes to voicemail but there is just 3 seconds of static on both accounts. Is there an easy way to get them to stop calling me and lose my number?

I get calls from these numbers all the time.  When I call back, I'm told it's not a current phone number.
