This number calls consistently, and is a beeping noise.  Not like a fax machine, like it's being recorded.  No one is ever on the other side.  I phoned Verizon to stop this calling, and they could give me no information because it too was 'one of their customers'.  I finally got the Verizon abuse number and had corporate call this client.  My phone has been free of this guy finally.... ahhhhhh
