Called me at 8:20 on a Monday night. The message was just my name with a little background noise. I tried calling back to see who it was but I got the "this number is not in service" message.

I received a phone call from the same number and had the same response - silence. I also multiple calls from 215-684-3966, 215-684-3911, and several phone calls from a blocked number.
