I have received numerous calls from this number as well as 215-687-4360. I did not try to call back, but they call any time of day.

callerID spoofing. This number isn't on service. It is more likely from a collection agency or telemarketing scammer using a very illegal callerid spoofing.

I get many calls with no message, I just don't pick up the phone.  My phone is for me. Only if I know the name or number I may pick up.  If a message is not left I just don't care.  Just something more the goverment put in place that dose not work.
