This happened to me today, started at 3:33am and they called back 8x until 4:02am. I called back at 6:30am and a message said ex 29999 is disconnected. HUH?
This is a Temple University number. You won't be able to call it back. All Temple's numbers come from a main line so they will always show up with the 9999 as the last four digits. When in actuality the person calling could have called from any phone with any number on Temple's campus.
Temple's campus is so large. I asked the operator who said the 707 could be the main hospital on N Broad street or Episcipal hosp on Leigh Ave or Jean hosptial in the northeast. Then they have small sites in between these places too. So I'll wait for the person to call me back. They keep calling but don't leave a message.
I have received about 30 calls form this number in the past 8 hours I don't know it is but all I do know is when I pick up I get it nothing or a mumble voice telling me wrong number, the weirdest one yet is when I here my own voice talking to me.
I have received over 70 calls from this number. I looked it up and found it to be related to Temple Univeristy's Office of Patient Relations. It is apparently from a patient reminder system. I found another # for this office, which you can actually talk to a person - 215-707-4059. I spoke with someone, who is supposed to be looking into it.
