They said they were spectrum heard the tone and it was a so called manager, it was a woman I spoke to and i think i gave her my social not thinking because i was expecting a call back from them I may need some help....
I had called back because my call was droped spoke to another agent and she said to expect a call back but im worried about my personal info because I was on the way to work should I call lifelock or check all of my records of credit cards to make sure no one as applied for more? If anyone can help or thinks I'm fine please let me know ASAP..... I have too much to worry about as is about bills and the debt I'm already in, if someone has any idea please reply!
Why in the world would you give your SS# to a cable company? Why would they even need it?
If you feel you SSN has been compromised, in addition to putting a fraud alert at the 3 credit bureaus, you may want to notify the IRS. Here is the link, fill out the proper form (probably 14039). Also file a report at the FTC Identity Theft web site as well as learn what else you need to do:

I was on my way to work and spectrums main building is in PA, plus I couldn't remember my account for TWC I normally don't take calls like this but was thrown off my guard because my TWC internet had been acting up plus I think I'm good I made a report and I got Lifelock because I felt like I had [***] up....
