I really don't care to respond to 'Important information about my credit card' especialy if they can identify them self.

THIS S**T HAS GOT TO BE STOPPED!! THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR YEARS OFFERING LOWER INTEREST RATES AND THEY WON'T STOP.  THEY IGNORE DO NOT CALL LISTS.  THE FCC AND FTC CLAIMS THEY HAVE CLOSED THEM DOWN, BUT THEY'RE STILL THERE!  WHY AM I TYPING IN ALL CAPS!!! BECAUSE I'M SCREAMING MAD!!!!!!!

They called me twice today.  Guess I will add them to Verizon blocked calls for my cell...
