Woman with accent said she wanted to go over my PECO bill. I hung up.

They call every day.... never leave a message.  Finally asked the woman the name of the company she represents.  She
would not answer.  Asked to be put on a do not call list..... she "didn't have authority".   Asked to speak with the head of MPower so I would no longer be harassed every day...  She kept trying her pitch...Asked for her name..... she hung up!!!

Got the same call. Wanted to know if I had gotten my PECO bill.  When I said I was on the Do Not Call Registry and never to call again he hung up.
