Called Philadelphia School District at 215-400-4000 to let them know that I wanted my number of their auto address system.  Hopefully this will resolve the long standing problem with number 215-717-1400

Follow up on previous post, did not work.

Contacted Windstream the parent company to Cavalier Telephone.  They acquired paetec a few years back.  Seems they are of no use either.
