A recorded message was left from the Philadelphians for a Fair Future Group talking about the Mayor's sugary drink tax and Pre-K improvement plan in Philadelphia, and to press 1 to get patched through to my local council member's office to tell them to support the Mayor's sugary drink tax to help support the Mayor's Pre-K improvement plan.
