Got a call from this # while out to dinner with my wife celebrating our wedding anniversary.  It was a recording (done so that you think it's a live person on the line) of an angry neighbor complaining that I have been stealing his newspaper.  He threatens to come next door and do something about it.  It starts off very convincingly because of the timing of responses to the usual questions like "hello?" and "who is this?"
