I limit who has my cell number. This number called but left no message. Other sites report getting calls that also leave no message.

Missed call last night. i called # back and #not in service.received call this evening and when i answered they hung up

I too limit who has my cell number, using it only for emergencies. This number has called twice. I filed an FCC complaint. I tried calling back via Google Voice and got no answer.

Just got mynumber. How in the heck did this unknown number get my number.  Have not given my number to anyone or signed up for anything.  Rang once and immediately hung up

Called didn't leave a message, assuming they are scanners or telemarkters.
