Who called from 2157570439

I get this call about 3 times a day...they never leave a message and I don't answer if I don't know who it is.

I got a call from this number today and didn't know who it was so I didn't answer.

I am willing to bet that this is a scam- they ask for your number as a call reference for a message, by putting in you number I would be willing to bet it somehow accepts charges to your account or something weird like that

I got this call 3-times today.  I haven't got any idea who or why this happened.  I did not answer.  WTF?

Keeps calling no message call back and asks for a reference number
