Just received a call from someone ( Eric Watson )claiming to be Bejamin Law as far as I could tell. Very hard to understand. Also left me threatening messgages to not ignore their call. If I do then they say 'All I can say is good luck". I am filing a complaint against this caller.
Harrassment name calling saying that i had 3 charges pressed against me and asked me for money.. Flipped out and cussed me out..I'm calling the police.
Called me several times, they were very rude and claims that I did a bank scam! And that they were taking me to court! They had my social as well as my address!
Someone named Mike Wells with a thick accent called threating to take me to court becauseof a debt I owe. He never said who the debt was for and kept cutting me off. He had my name, social and an old address. I told him until he gave me the company's name who I owed the debt to he could go straight to hell. Mr. Wells said good luck and he'll see me in court then hung up. This was 5 days ago, I haven't gotten another phone call since. I believe this is a scam.
Got a threatening phone call from a "David Jones". He was very demanding.said he need a certain of money by 2:00pm. He wouldnot except any kind of payment arrangment. Said he had 3charges against mr and i would b considered a felony. Had me in tears until my husband and i googled the phone numbe. And it end up being from a RC Telecom. Thank god i hadn't sent them any money.
