I recieved a call from this number this evening.  No one there number busy when I called back

Received call fron 215-761-9283 on Saturday 9 am. Caller Id: LOC UNION 98 IN. Picked up the phone: automated prerecorded message... Just blocked them.

caller ID said: LOCAL UNION.
Left message about "middle class unite" and rally in Eakins Oval in Philadelphia to show the Political Parties they are angry and they vote. There will be food and entertainment too!

I am sending them one because I am on the "do Not Call" and HATE this annoying calls from groups that I do not care about.
