Calls come in on my bosses phone from 1-215-772-0562. I answer giving the standard greeting. There is a moment of "connected silence" then the caller hangs up. Research shows this number belongs to NOVA CTI which is a call center. I can only assume that the calls I am experiencing are an automated program that "validates" phone numbers. If a person answers they log it as a valid number and I'm sure put it in their data base for future sales spam calls.
