This number called 3x in a row (in under 1 minute). I don't bother answering any call from unrecognized numbers. After the first call, I googled the number to see if it might be legit and found this post about it. No message left by caller. By the time the third call rolled in I was adding it to my solicitor list which goes straight to VM.
Twice this morning, a woman with an accent wanted to send "an informational document" to a specific IT manager. Here that kind of call is considered a solicitation, so both times I transferred her to Purchasing to obtain the instructions for introducing her company. Now I've received two more calls from this number, but nobody says anything, just hangs up. Think she's annoyed?
