These [***] called offering a "free cruise." Their dialer tech, however, leaves much to be desired. I kept it going for 5 minutes until it somehow looped with itself. Heard it start ringing and answering a second time. There were two IVRs named Sara talking at once.
Then I called them back. Answered the questions for the automated system and got a rep. [***] with him. He "hung up" on me, but I was still on the dialer system, which asked if I was still there. I said yes, and it connected me to a new rep. Yeah, I [***] with 4 or 5 reps in that manner, since they couldn't actually hang up on me. lol Asshats!
