Credit One Bank - they resort to using either unknown or Local phone numbers that are re routed to them.
I told them to not call and to only contact me via mail many times now. I have medical issues and other wise would have not fallen behind - they contact me several times a day using all sorts of phone numbers and will not identify themselves at times either.

Credit One Bank. Calling for a person with similar name. Somehow my cell number migrated to that persons credit report or somehow they think I am that person. They keep calling and I keep telling them "not me".
