Got a call from this number but I didn't answer (as I never answer out of state calls). They left no voicemail. Came from Philadelphia. Most likely telemarketers or some shady scam.
Saw I had this number as a missed call...called back and it was a survey that was "over" and if I wanted to be taken off their list I was to press "9". I didn't press anything, just hung up and blocked the number from future calls.
