A male robot voice asked for Ricky. I told him he had the wrong number. He said "Well maybe you can help me" and proceeded to talk about some veterans service. I hung up.
No message to cell, two places came up while looking up the number.
One was an ophthalmic practice, another a Christian Charity.
So I'm guessing the number was spoofed.
Another similar number was a vacation spam that occurred soon after a household member made some travel plans.
It really doesn't matter what it was since came out of Philly, PA and I know no one there.
So it's a prank.
