This is a scam charity supposedly for disabled veterans.   Only 10% of your donation goes to veterans, the rest is pocketed by calling organization.

Calls themselves Disable Veterans of America. It is listed as a person named Neil Thrasher who pockets the money. In 2012 he was ordered to pay restitution.

Answered and who ever was on the other end hung up, don't know who or what they wanted.

This caller said I'd won some travel package.  I tried to tell him I was on the do not call list, he kept talking.  I reported it to the "do no call registry".
