These people called and said I owed money on a credit card from 11 years ago.  They said the balance was 2800.00 but would settle for 800.00.  She said I needed to give her my account number or credit card number so that she could arrange a payment of 50.00 a month.  I do not rembember having this credit card so I asked her to send me a bill or something stating what I owed.  I even told her she could email me something while I was on the phone with her.  She said she could not send me anything until I gave her my information.  Since I refused to pay until I recieved documentation, she told me she would be submitting a 1099c to the IRS.  She also said they would garnish my wages and repo anything they want.  She said it was ICS and Associates and a National Attorney Network.
