Call was made to an elderly relative, 94 years old.
They said they wanted to send something and asked to confirm the address.

I repeatedly called the number back to find out exactly what they were sending.
No live agent came on, and I requested a call back - to no avail.

Their voicemail identified themselves as P??? Group subscription services
and the Caller ID was Express Times.

It is very difficult to explain to trusting elderly folk that the nice person on the telephone
just conned you into a legal contract.
